Return Policy

First: Exchange and return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the commodity without reason The consumer has
the right to exchange or return the commodity with a refund of its monetary value, without giving any reasons and
without incurring any expenses within fourteen days of receipt.

Except for this, the consumer may not directly substitute or return the following conditions:

• If the nature, characteristics or method of packaging or packaging ofthe commodity precludes its replacement or restitution, or it is impossible to return it to the state it was at thetime of contracting.

• If consumer goods are rapidly perishable.
• If the commodity is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale for a reason attributable to the consumer.
• If it is a commodity manufactured on the basis of special specifications established by the consumer, the commodity conforms to these specifications.
• Books,newspapers, magazines, information programs and the like.
• If the commodity is considered as ornamental, jewelry, etc.

Second: Replace or recover defective goods within 30 days from the date of receipt The consumer has the right within
thirty days of receipt of the commodity to replace or return the commodity with a refund of its monetary value if it
is flawed and the defect must be clarified.

The refund of the payment is the same as the purchase method.
